CraftForged is an independent specialist studio in formation. This notice applies to information submitted through the CraftForged website.
What we collect
When you submit a brief, we receive your name, email address, selected service, optional budget range and message. We also create a privacy-preserving technical fingerprint for rate limiting and abuse prevention.
How we use it
We use this information to understand and respond to your request, prepare a proposal when appropriate, improve our intake process and protect the service from misuse.
Storage and sharing
Inquiry data is stored with our hosting provider and retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above. We do not sell personal information. We disclose it only to service providers needed to operate the site, or when required by law.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct, export or delete information connected to your inquiry. Use the project form and begin the message with “Privacy request”, including the email address used in the original inquiry so we can verify the request.
Security and changes
We use reasonable technical controls, but no online system can guarantee absolute security. If this notice changes materially, we will update the date above before the revised terms apply.
